The Sea Vixen departed Yeovilton this morning after carrying out a full practice display, it was due to RTB at BIA and then later to take part in a flypast with the 2 currently based Hawks at Yeovilton who had relocated to BIA

Sitting in a pub garden at Bodiam today the Sea Vixen flew over just to the south of me. Headed WSW at about 1.30pm with another pair of jets a little further south than the SV. Just too far to make out what (without my glasses!) but possibly Hunters or Harriers? A nice sight though.
