Help with some Aluminium please

We are looking for some small pieces of Aluminium alloy for some fittings on the Comet project and have been quoted expensive prices from our usual supplier and I wonder if anyone can help us out.

we need 4 small off cuts about 4″ square in .190″ (6swg) aluminium alloy something like 2024-T3 or L163 (2014A-T3)

Can anyone help us please?

aaah if that’s the case, you’ll need batch numbers and certificates of conformity, not easy when you’re after offcuts

It needs to be airworthy Aluminium with paperwork if possible as we are rebuilding the Comet to fly, but thanks for the idea

Depending on where it’s for and as it’s a non-flyer 1050 grade (industrial) should suffice, unless you’re keeping it as true as possible
