Gun Turret Position Indicator but where ?

Does anyone know where the turret position indicators was fitted ?
Presumably 6A/1804, mine is marked 195FL, 90° degrees left and right.
Each time I see a front or rear british turret I can’t see any evidence that this gauge fitted into it, some says they are from Lancasters but where?
I found mine in Australia and seems to be postwar, so it make sense for eventually the Avro Lincoln front remote turret to have such indicator.
Anyway any photo evidence will be welcome.
Thanks in advance,
Oliver

I did have an ap for the Fn 82 rear turret, there was a drawing in there for the turret P.I. mount. It was mounted on the right (port side) of the gunner next to the gyro control unit with a small light well away from the gunners sight to not interfere with his acquired `night vision` sadly don`t have the a.p. any more..it went with the turret.

Thank you very much TurretBoy, that’s a very interresting information, so rear Lancaster Turret is very probable.
Cheers,

Hi Oliver,

I’m not sure where the position indicators were located in the aircraft.

I’ve have a few photos posted on the tread below showing the transmitter unit fitted to the main valve from a FN82 turret.
