I have found some of these parts that look like they started life at Bletchley Park are in fact from a Creed 7b teleprinter.
The cursor bearing indicators and mileage/yard counter have no markings. they are back lit and the counter spools Light up.
That box with the stripes is made of wood and has an aluminium cover riveted around it. It’s empty and has four holes on four sides. Weird because it’s sealed shut and has no evidence of ever been anchored to anything.
