RAAF Spitfire Pilots Dedication at St Clement Dane

Hi All

Apparently this Thursday a group of Australian Spitfire pilots will be attending St Clement Danes church in London to dedicate 11 plaques to former RAAF Squadrons. If anyone is in the area then I am sure the veterans would really appreciate your support and you may get to meet and talk to some fighter pilots from the other side of the world, this opportunity may never happen again.

I do not know what time the service is to be held at but if anyone could make it then I am sure your presence would be greatly welcomed. Also a big thank you to David Lowy who has sponsored their trip.

I take it that it is not your hand holding the program!

Looks like a fair gathering of old timers so I hope it went well for them.

No, I always use green varnish.

Images sent from central office of the RAAF Spitfire Association to members.
