Does anybody have any photos of my Venom FB.4 J-1712 (or J-1711) either with the Swiss Air Force, during its extended period as a trials aircraft with EFW at Emmen, or indeed after retirement, and later as just a “pod”, perhaps at Botany Bay Chorley, before 2003. If so, I would very much like to see them and have scans of them if possible, please.

I believe I still have some photos of it while at Botany Bay in 2001 or thereabouts. They sent them to me when I enquired about buying it back then. When I found out the asking price I lost interest though.:)

There was a picture of it in an old, old Aircraft Illustrated. I tried to acquire it from Jet Heritage at the time, but they declined, and then sold it anyway!

Keep Looking Please
Somebody, somewhere must have taken a picture of it at some time! It was up for sale in Botany Bay at Chorley, Lancs for a while and noted as such in Wrecks and Relics. Please keep looking.
