Thanks Dairwin. Any idea to aircraft type it would have been used on? Off board I had a fellow tell me some of these parts are harvard and yale?

Peter – if it is a booster coil, then there are several types. The voltage is engraved just below where the jubilee clip is! If it is 24v, then you will find 4 of these on your Lanc :diablo:

I believe they would have been used on lots of piston aircraft, but do not have any further information.

Peter – the item in photo marked “unknown filter assembly jpg2366” is an ignition booster coil.

Anyone??

From what we can ascertain they are post war RCAF parts with some USAF related items as well. We were thinking possibly Cf100 T33 era?
