This film is, I think, called Know your Enemy. Made by NII VVS and intended for training Soviet fighter pilots, hence the crudely reapplied Luftwaffe markings including a wonky swastika. The aircraft is believed to be Fw 190A-4 W.Nr. 142310.

On 16th Jan 1943 Unteroffizer Helmut Brandt of I./JG 54 shot off the propeller blades due to a synchroniser malfunction and made a belly landing on ice of Lake Ladoga. According to some reports the damaged propeller was replaced with one taken from a Ju 87 at the 1st Repair Depot in Leningrad before it was transferred to NII VSS.

Interesting stuff the 190 taxies past. One seemed to be reminiscent of a Marauder.
