Scrapyard/dump Oxford

I`m just been speaking to the father in law and he was telling me of an aircraft dump where they used to pinch bits out of turrets and convert drop tanks into canoes.The place was on Kennington lane in /around Oxford,does anyone know the yard he is referring to ?
