Difficult to really tell from the photo, but if German then I’d agree Bramo-Fafnir. The length of the reduction gear assembly between hub and engine looks about right, but it really is difficult to see much with all the rope and barnacles. It might be my imagination, but the blade flat to the mud just looks as if it has the reddish primer typical of German VDM blades.
