I would suggest that this is a change in markings, as opposed to a complete repaint – Thus the camouflage will have stayed the same as it was.

Thats what i am thinking Bruce. Mind you they have gone to the trouble of having an aluminium coloured panel behind the spinner just like the real P3886 did. Still its nice to see a different Squadron markings from the B of B period on a Hurricane. 🙂
