A month or two ago the NA OV-10 Bronco (i think owned by Tony de Bruin!) took off from Duxford after numerous test flights but did’nt return. Does anyone know where this unique and interesting plane went and will it be returning?

Thanks for clearing that up cas.. much appreciated.
Any idea when she will be leaving Duxford, as i would like to be around when she flies out?
I will let you know
but it will be dependent on CAA and weather

Duxford Bronco
G-BZGK has just undergone it`s annual maintenance and check flight and now is awaiting permit renewal before returning to it`s home base for the winter.
G-BZGL is still in the hanger undergoing a lot of battle damage repair removals and permit issue work.

I’m not sure which Bronco it is, as there were two. One flew away for a while, the other disappeared inside a hangar.

Good to see the Bronco back on Dx turf- have the airfield management seen sense at last?
Surprising to see the RR Spit in bits again after her recent return from some refurb work…

Just noticed what i presume is the spare Bronco sat outside the ARCO hangar at Duxford. Anyone know whats happened / happening to it?

I read somewhere that someone at Duxford was quoted as saying that it couldn’t be based there because it hadn’t been involved in any “significant” wars-not much of historian, then!

Just to say that the Bronco flew back into Dx this morning, still in its old colour scheme..! It did though look to have had some remedial work done on the u/c door areas.. but does anyone know if it is to be based here.?

It’s in a hangar at Kortrijk/Wevelgem in Belgium..
It will also be repainted (no idea about the new colours)
