From the ‘Sunday Times’ for 21 Sept 08.

I think the Bonhams ‘Goodwood Revival’ Hurricane, for similar money, was better value. 🙂

Forget the vain insecure plonkers forming a queue to buy one, Propstrike! Instead, could I implore Rolex, Swatch….whoever….to form an orderly line as I dole out minuscule bits of Spitfire to be incorporated into watches. I have plenty of rivets, washers etc etc that must now be worth, ooooh, hundreds of pounds each! How many hundredweight would they like, please?:D

Vain, insecure, self-regarding plonkers form a queue here. The kind of nitwit who loves this sort of BS will then feel obliged to bore the pants off everybody telling them what his watch is made out of an actual Spitfire.
You could get a PPL for that kind of money.

If I was a multi-millionaire, I still wouldn’t pay six grand for a watch, no matter what it was made of!
