Does anyone have the contact address for Mark Manwaring from 1992 Phantom Display Navigator fame?? He was meant to be producing a book after his brilliant videos a couple of years after the tooms demise but this never happened… Any help greatly appreciated. P.S. – I have tried Forces Reunited!
