The fire training school on the ex airfield near Moreton-in Marsh uses an ex Hot Air example (G-BAPF?) for non-destructive training. I wonder if they might consider releasing it if the museum found and funded an appropriate replacement airliner? It may be worth your approaching them. The Viscount is still there – I noted it last weekend as we overflew the place when travelling back to CVT from Kemble in our Dove.
