Swordfish and Harrier flypast.

Another one from my old video collection. !998 again I think.

Those Swordfishes were noisy planes!!

Nice,

They done something similar one year on the Saturday before the Southend Airshow, it was filmed Air to Air from a Sea King by the BBC for the Airshow programme think Brendan O’Brian? was in the back of the Swordfish, was at the airport to see the take off of the Swordfish being filmed you could see all three in formation going along the sea front.

Sadly my video of the programme got mangled by the recorder never to play again. Would love to see it again.

Anyone got a vid/pics of the Harrier/Sopwith Camel formation at Biggin?, all I remember was that the Harrier was a GR5 with BAe pilot Heinz Frick at the controls.

Can anyone confirm which Sea Harrier that is?

A source led me to believe that the ZE694 performed a Flypast with a Swordfish at Biggin in either 1997 or 1998.
