Folks,
Hope this post is ok with the mod’s but as i’m technically not the vendor…..
My next project was to be Percival EP.9 Prospector G-ARDG, the forward fuselage/cockpit of which is at Redhill….

As i now have Harrier XV806, i’ll have to pass it over. Although i’ve already paid a deposit of £200 against the £750 asking price.
If i explain to the vendor, i’m fully aware i’ll loose my deposit, therefore i’d like to offer it to interested parties first, the proviso is they pay the balance of £550 and hopefully salvage something from the situation & save these remains.
In summary, i will still be down £200 (my £ loss will be the new owners gain) but hopefully someone can give a good home for it. It also comes with some paperwork, photo’s, the original rudder and the big rear clamshell door/s. So with some tubing, a welder, back of a fag packet and some basic geometry…. the potential to make up the missing rear fuselage pylon is there.
Anybody interested ?
p.s. Approx dimensions are 4ft wide, 6ft tall and 8-9ft long.

I am not a member at Aeroventure but sometimes get involved in helping projects. Aeroventure would be a good home for her but I feel it would be down to someone like Naylan to do it! I have been trying to contact him regards it – unsuccessfully so far!

Great project there – also superb for disabled access to view at rear…
Have you emailled Naylan, Dave? this is very much his kind of machine! and as its the LANCASHIRE prospector, the good folks of Aeroventure could charge YORKSHIRE folk 10 pence a time to shoot it with paintballs! 😀

Nice picture dave…..;)
Hope some one takes this on as it would make an interesting project of a civil flavour – something there are none too many of in the cockpit world.
