WIX update

Most of you over here probably know of the WIX (Warbirds Information Exchange) site, which is a very decent forum in many ways (like this one I might add ;)) and quite helpful for historic military aircraft research. Anyway, the site has been down for the last few days and I thought I’d post an update for fellow WIXers who are on this board.
Ryan K and Scott are both working hard to fix things. The folks on the server end are just plain being bad and not responding to them yet. The http://www.warbirds-online.org/ site is still alive, and I would watch that for updates (there is one from today). It probably wouldn’t hurt anything to give them a tip in the tip jar (http://www.warbirdsresourcegroup.org/donate.html) if you miss your WIX. I understand that they will probably be looking for a new (hopefully reputable and stable) host in the immediate future.
