Made in England by D. Shackman & Sons, about 12 x 5 x 4 inches, 24v DC elec supply, what appears to be a manual zoom or focus…….
Can anyone tell me anything more about this camera? what it was for, and why it shouldn’t be operated without a film?

Cheers, anything would be helpful. I’ve searched the net for the type and manufacturer, but only found a couple of pictures of the camera with no other info.
