New merlins

Bit of odd question, got talking to day to a guy who came into my garage who told me his hobby was rebuilding classic engines (planes and cars!)
To cut a long conversation short he told me his dream is to one day build a merlin but the nearest he thought he would ever get is a new build one from the states????

does this mean there is a company in the use who is casting new merlin engines?
