Done some digging here with no success (plenty of fusalages!).
The most sensible response was to try RAF Valley direct.

Plenty there, cannot see them letting any go though unless they are damaged beyond repair

I’ve got a fibreglass MDC actuator cover kicking around if you need it. These hinge with the canopy, and rest just above the front seat when the canopy is shut.
I can post a pic of if needed.

(P.S. it came off a T.1 in the mid 80’s)

I was down there a couple of weeks ago and they do have Hawk parts. Unsure if they have what your after but def a Hawk wing present on site and their www mentions Hawk spares if I remember correctly.

I’m surprised its the perspex you have got and not the frame, going by the amount of Hawk bird strikes I’ve dealt with!
Will ask around at Saints for you.

i cant really help much, but have you tried everett aero? he seems to have just about anything you could need
