Interesting Find At Old Buckenham Norfolk – June 2008
Noted in the back of the workshop was the fuselage and wings of this
long inactive Taylorcraft Plus D – RAF markings and Camo.
Built in 1942, RAF Serial LB323 left service Oct 1945 Allocated
G-AHSD CofA expired in 1962 !! presumably on its way back to
flying condition ?. Was noted last year at Shipdham

We are restoring Auster IV MT243 in Suffolk. Her last CofA expired 1970 so this could be the one!

Indeed I am. I saw it there a couple of weeks ago. I also believe an Auster IV is being restoration to flying condition, which hasn’t flown for some 30 years.
Please identify the Auster IV for those of use who are not in the loop!
