Windy some!!!

well i jogged along to see XM655 do her stuff today, though i think the wind was gusting up to 30kts at sometimes. she didnt get her nose up, much to my little sisters disappointment, though im not surprised considering the wind. she did seem to start bouncing at one point, and the crew probably decided that losing the steering at that point wouldnt be the best of ideas. anyway a few pictures from the day, videos to follow

dont these last two look like she’s returning from an op? beautiful. a truly magnificent aircraft, well done to all involved in making it happen 🙂

lol i went with my dad in his MGB roadster, he looked a little red when we got back, but i dont burn easily so he was cursing my “tough skin” all the way home haha an excellent day out to be sure 😀

i remember i went in 2005, it was so hot that day i got home and had a cold bath!!! ridiculously hot. i hope its the same this year

Yeah, I was there that year, absolutely fantastic weather to say the least!! I had my orange MX-5 then, I looked like a lobster when I got home!! :diablo:
