B-O-B Museum, Chilham Castle

Just been reading a 1970s article on the Battle of Britain Museum at Chilham Castle in Kent.

I understand the collection is nolonger there anyone know what happened to it?

I believe the artefacts may well have gone on to the Manston, Hawkings and/or Brenzet museums?

I visited the collection at Chilham in the mid seventies – a small, but very well organised set up, lots of infomative “cased” displays, with a few sizable chunks of recovered wrecks, and loads of small BofB artefacts.
