76 Sqn Halifax III LK789 – Researching the crew & aircraft

I have recently had an email from a gentleman researching the crew of Halifax III LK789 which was from 76 Sqn at Holme On Spalding Moor.

Can anyone help with the history of the crew and the operational history of this aircraft. Or any photos or the crew and aircraft would be good as well.

As well as the following –

I was fairly easy to find, so if the gentleman has internet access I’m sure he already knows this.
