Metheringham Open Day – 4 May 08

Metheringham Airfield Visitor Centre has its annual open day on 4 May 08 from 10.30-5.00

Celebrating the 70th Anniversary of the reformation of No 106 Squadron in 1938. Displays and exhibits, RAF Digby Ops Room exhibition, bus tour round the airfield, 1940’s schoolroom, model aeroplanes, all-day refreshments and prize draw. Weather permitting there will be a flypast by a Lancaster in the afternoon.
