Something you won't see everyday

As part of it’s final passenger carrying venture prior to the implementation of the idiotic EU legislation preventing the DC3 from carrying passengers, Mike Collect and the team from AA will be bringing an example to Jersey.

In true MC fashion he will be landing the aircraft on the beach at St Helier in a similar manner to his beach landing in the Rapide at last years airshow and also during the 2005 May 9 Liberation commemorations.

This will all take part on May 9 this year, unfortunately I will be in the UK that week on family business so will have to rely on photos from the intraweb to appreciate the spectacle.
