VHS Video to DVD help.

Hi,

Does anyone have the facility to put something on VHS to a DVD please.

I have a copy of the Pathe news on the MacRobertson Air Race on VHS which has some interesting close up shots of the Comet. I have tried to freeze frame on the TV but the quality isnt much good, hence the idea if it was on DVD I could look at individual frames on the computer. If anyone can help they casn do a copy for themselves of course.
