Help with photo/old thread

Hi

I found the attached thread, and would love to have more information on it. My Grandad is 3rd from the left on the back row.

I believe it is Farnborough, and I know that my Grandad was adjudant to some unit there – but not sure who or when.

Any help would be most appreciated.
