Hey, just great, it is someone else’s money !!!! Glad I am not a Southampton Council tax payer……….. However I do like the concept of a memorial of this type……….

Why do all these consultation processes cost so much? Why don’t the people on the committees ever seem to consult the people they ought,namely the public they are supposed to serve?
