'Operation Jericho' 64th anniversary memorial Sunday 17th February 2008

A small gathering tomorrow, (Sunday) to commemorate the Amiens gaol raid flown from RAF Hunsdon on the Eighteenth of February 1944, And will remember the loss of

Flt/Lt Alan Broadley DSO DFC DFM
G/Cpt Percy Charles Pickard DSO DFC CzMC
While taking part in the historic raid.
The service starts at 1030 AM by the airfield memorial outside the flying club, it will only be a short event, but you are more than welcome to attend.
