Maybe I’m barking up the wrong tree entirely…
I’m sure most, if not all of you will remember the RNHF’s Fairey Firefly crash at Duxford Flying Legends 2003 in which the pilot and navigator sadly lost their lives. I’ve seen BBC News articles concerning the incident, but I can’t appear to find the AAIB report into it. Does anyone know where I could find it?
I can’t seem to find it on the AAIB’s site and was interested in a few things. There are a few news articles on the BBC’s site that state the cause of things, but I wanted to take a look at the report myself. I’ve had a look around the forum as well, to no avail.
RIP to those involved.
Jamie.

I am not sure about this but as the Fierfly was operated by the Navy Historic Flight it would be the militry authorities that would have conducted the investigation.
