A long shot, but does anyone have any ideas about this. I was just sent this photo taken in or before 1937 at Sharjah, now in the UAE, which was then the Trucial States. As Sharjah airfield was constructed in 1932, it must have been mid-1930s. All the information I have so far is that the propellor was recovered from the sea off Sharjah.

From the same source are 2 other photos at Sharjah around the same time. One shows an HP42. Could it have been during the Imperial Airways inaugural flight in 1932? The gentleman with the arab head-dress is Haji Williamson, an advisor to the Sheikh. Can anyone identify the other people?
