That picture has been round the world on other forums, the conclusive opinions, given time of day, attitude and declination are that it is the International Space Station.

How about my little theory, when flying in radar controlled airspace, the stealth type aircraft must have a very close chase plane flying the same course and very close ! or they are (allegedly) invisible ! Keith.

Rob,

It could be a Bear what was the Alt. that it appeared to be at. Also could be USAF Black Ops aircraft that have been report to be flying the Middle East. But it sure does look like some sort of rocket.
