W1048 recovery footage

Hi all,

I heard that during the 1973 recovery of Halifax W1048 filmfootage was made of the recovery work possibly on 16mm film. There are photographs taken with crown copyright so I would suspect the film would be reality too and was aired on BBC television at the time?

Any leads?
