Identify the F104 part …..

I always used to have a laugh when i fitted a Champion F104 oil filter to my old diesel cars years ago:D
They made an F102 filter as well:rolleyes:

Nashio was on the right track….
The hydraulic ram on that trolley was a F104 speed brake actuator in an earlier life 🙂

My guess also… unless it is a gasket (o-ring), or other hydraulic fitting or such.
