New – The Flying Boat Forum from www.seawings.co.uk

I know, I know, there are a plethora of forums on the web right now covering a wide range of subject matter that we are all interested in – but until now there has never been one dedicated soley to the information exchange on the history and operations of Flying Boats – until now!!

“Ladies & Gentlemen – Introducing the world’s first dedicated super-duper Flying Boat Forum from SEAWINGS” or something like that!

It can be accessed from the new link on the navigation bar of the front page of http://www.seawings.co.uk – from there just register as usual, and use it to your hearts content. It is, of course, totally free.

So, when you get the chance, if you are interested I would be grateful if you could give it a look and maybe register – I would very much like to know just how many people this appeals to.

Finally, as it has just been up-loaded, I’m using it as a work in progress. I think I have covered most of the bases but I would like some constructive pointers; for instance, are there enough topics, are they the right topic headings and are there any you would like to see – that sort of thing.

So, there you have it, it’s all yours to use.

So, over to you…..

Best Regards,

Bryan Ribbans

That is an excellent site Bryan, two of my faves, Marlin and Shin Meiwa, are covered in great detail. First time I have seen internal shots of the Marlin and as you say your Japanese correspondant has done you proud with the US-1. Will you feature the PS-1 aswel?
That Kaman/Goose is a strange thing that I have never heard of.
The detailed ‘walk around’ Saro Princess shots are amazing and a real treat.
Keep up the good work.
