They won best display on Saturday but their Sunday display was even better, I guess the nicer weather must have aided the routine? (Nort being a pilot I don’t know how crucial this would have been?)

Anyway, well done Nigel and Paul a great display and great to see OFMC, I am sure they will get more bookings on the back of this weekends work.

Its ashame they don’t do the conventions or the Tigers Club anymore, perhaps they may reinstate these in the future.

Their display yesterday was scintilating but at the same time clearly very graceful and sympathetic to the aircraft. Everyone in the pilots enclosure was glued to it – that says a lot!

Here Here! A first class display – well done Nigel and Paul. It was great to see OFMC aircraft being displayed in the truly exceptional and unique OFMC style. Awesome.

I hope we see more of this pairs duo at the airshows this year.

Does anyone know if OFMC are booked for Waddington and Southport…there my next stops I think?:)

Shadows of former selfs don’t normally win Best Display do they?

Press Release from OFMC this morning…

Day 1 of this years Biggin Hill Air show has been a huge success for Old Flying Machine Company. The Best Team Trophy was awarded to Old Flying Machine Companyโ€™s Spitfire and Mustang flown by Paul Bonhomme and Nigel Lamb.

Are there any plans to buy some more aircraft for the collection?

Did I imagine this but werent there plans to bring the p 40, based in New Zealand back at some point. I thought I read somewhere that it was on long term loan or something….I could be totaly wrong:confused:

Do they still own the P-40 and corsair then down in Kiwi  This be good to see this display. ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Sounds good – now we just needs some dates on the calendar. Preferably in the spring so I can catch them at an airshow while I’m home!! ๐Ÿ˜‰
