I was there some years ago. It was pretty basic then.
The main thing to remember, at that time, was to walk behind and directly in the footsteps of your local guide.
That way you avoided the possibility of an unintentional meeting with a landmine.

I do have some aviation photos from that time, Cessna A37s seemed to predominate.

Cambodia was a lot more welcoming than Viet Nam, as I remember it.
