For those of you lucky enough to be in the East Anglia region, there’s a programme on tonight advertised in RT as showing aerial views of military training grounds and airfields around the Thetford area, might be worth watching, it will probably be more up to date than Google Earth anyway.

The programme was highly enjoyable.
It covered the area in about a 25 mile radius of my home, and with superb imagery from the gyro-stabilised cameras showed me places I could cycle to that I have never visited.
Not a lot of Historic Aviation interest, but it did cover Mildenhall, Lakenheath, STANTA and Madingley.
