A bit quiet at Duxford today, but John Romain and friends did come out to play in the afternoon with what looked like a series of air tests. It was cloudy all day but very warm and the sun started to shine just as I was leaving.
The tri-planes were a nice surprise and Stephan Grey took the P-39 up and looked like young Mr Grace was getting some more hours on the Spitfire.
Processed these on my new computer with a flat screen, so apologies if images are a bit iffy.

Great Pics Pen Pusher
Your camera must be better than mine!
I was there today (The 8th) It was a good show with all the old favourites but a bit restricted I thought. We saw flying aircraft from WW1, WW2, Korea, Vietnam etc. but no Canberra. I wish Duxford would put one in the air instead of hanging one on wires in the new hangar.
Anyway I had a good day and was able to crawl through the Catalina!
