AAIB reveals why Titan Airways A321neo lost windows in flight
The UK’s Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) has released a rare Special Bulletin after a Titan Airways Airbus A321neo lost several cabin windows in flight. The October 4 incident involved G-OATW (c/n 10238), which was conducting a positioning flight from London/Stansted to Orlando ahead of a multi-day charter away from base with 11 crew members and nine passengers on board, all of whom were employees of the tour operator or Titan Airways.
