Martin Draper plans to support the hubs with growth and sustainability as the aviation sector begins its recovery from the pandemic

Facility and aviation solutions provider, ABM, has appointed Martin Draper as Head of Gatwick and London City Airport.

Having worked in the industry for more than 25 years, he gained a variety of experience within his airline operation, service operator and parking management roles.

Draper is set to help the airports change their sustainable transport capacity and optimise passenger route planning. He also plans to expand the company’s portfolio by reaching out to hubs in both the UK and further in Europe.

“As we rebuild following a challenging 18 months for the industry, it’s incredibly exciting to become part of the ABM brand,” said Draper.

“I am looking forward to working with the team to make air travel seamless and enjoyable once again.”

The new head is expected to be present at both airports, as well as the main office at the World Business Centre situated at London Heathrow.
