Air France and KLM in Heathrow move

Air France and KLM have begun operating flights from London Heathrow’s Terminal 3 following their temporary relocation to T2

,

The move to Terminal 3 will allow Air France and KLM passengers to arrive and depart from the same area as Delta Air Lines and Virgin Atlantic. It is also set to reduce minimum connecting time for customers travelling to North America.

“We are very pleased to commence flying from Terminal 3,” said Fahmi Mahjoub, Air France-KLM general manager, United Kingdom and Ireland. “This move brings us and our partners, Delta Air Lines and Virgin Atlantic, closer together under one roof, and will further improve customer experience especially for our transatlantic passengers.”

Passengers will also have easier access to central London, as the Heathrow Express departs directly from Terminal 3.

Currently, the carriers operate 63 weekly flights to Paris and Amsterdam from the English capital.
