Ethiopian Airlines 737 MAX Crash An Ethiopian Airlines Boeing 737 MAX 8 crashed shortly after take-off from Addis Ababa/Bole on March 10, killing all 157 on board. The aircraft, ET-AVJ (c/n 62450), had been operating ET302, a service to Nairobi/ Jomo Kenyatta. Contact with the flight deck was lost at 8.44am, six minutes after departure, and the airliner was found to have crashed near the town of Bishoftu, 31 miles (50km) south of the
