Airbus A350 arrives with Azul
The widebody touched down into Brazil recently and forms part of the airline’s wider fleet modernisation. The first Airbus A350-900 example for Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras landed at Belo Horizonte. It was recently ferried from Tarbes–Lourdes, France where the jet had received maintenance checks beforehand. At the time of its arrival, the aircraft still bore temporary registration, F-WTAO (c/n 168), but is understood to become PR-AOY, and named ‘50 também é Azul’ (50 is also blue).
