Army Flying Museum to put Apache AH1 on display
The Army Flying Museum at Middle Wallop in Hampshire will soon have an Apache AH1 attack helicopter on permanent display, making it the only place in the UK where the public can see the variant.The Army Air Corps phased out the Apache AH1 in March 2024. An Army Flying Museum statement said the helicopter becoming an exhibit “will bring the history of Army Aviation up to date”. Visitors will be able to see the Apache AH1 from May 15, 2024.
