The package is a realistic rendition of Bergen Flesland Airport and the surrounding area using the latest 3D modelling and scenery development techniques focusing on performance and high detail. It also includes realistic airport buildings covering the entire airport including the landside area and interior modelling for the terminal with 3D passengers.
Other highlights include authentic ground textures for the runways and aprons, custom taxiway signage and accurate night lighting with PBR (Physically Based Rendering) effects throughout the scenery. It also features more than 1000 clutter objects on the apron and surrounding area, along with a functioning VDGS (Visual Docking Guidance System) at the gates.
Bergen Flesland airport is the second-busiest airport in Norway and a hub for Scandinavian Airlines, Norwegian Air Shuttle and Widerøe. It can accommodate airliners such as the Boeing 737, Airbus A320 and Embraer E-Jet E2 and is also a helicopter terminal serving offshore oil platforms in the North Sea.
