Bookings now being taken for Hurricane passenger flights
From April this year it will be possible to fly as a passenger in Hawker Hurricane Mk.IIb BE505, the world’s only two-seat example of the iconic World War Two fighter. Originally built in 1942 by Canadian Car & Foundry Company, BE505 served with the RCAF during World War Two. It was subsequently restored to stock fighter-bomber configuration, and has since been transformed into a unique two-seater by Suffolk’s Hawker Restorations Ltd.
