The Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum’s Fairey Firefly AS.6 WH632 made its first flight in around eight years on June 24.
Having completed successful trials of its Rolls-Royce Griffon engine the previous month the 1951-built machine recently got airborne from its Hamilton, Ontario base with Steve McIntosh in the cockpit. It’s photographed flying on the 25th with Andy Dobson at the controls.
